- Coaching and supporting School Improvement Team in the strategic implementation of SIP action items. (Strategic Leadership)
- Facilitating professional learning on Growth Mindset in efforts to build culture and community among staff members. (Cultural Leadership)
- Supporting the development and facilitation of school-wide professional learning of Authentic Assessments through the Understanding By Design Framework. (Instructional Leadership)
- Developing and leading instructional learning walks for staff and assisting the Principal in conducting PLT observations. (Instructional Leadership)
- Hiring and supporting new staff through orientation into the school community. (Human Resource Leadership)
- Creating and maintaining staff website and online resources to ensure effective communication and provide support for staff. Also assisted administrative team in daily managerial duties. (E.g. discipline, transportation, supervision of students) (Managerial Leadership)
- Assisting with coordinating logistics for school’s transition and relocation to Willow Spring High School, including the farewell sendoff event for alumni and the community. (External Development Leadership)
